一、个人简介
胡涛,湖北武汉人,博士,教授。2012年毕业于中国科学院大学并获得博士学位。主要从事饲草种质创新和抗性分子机理研究。已发表科研论文38篇,代表性论文发表于Cell Reports,Plant Physiology,Journal of Integrative Plant Biology, Plant Communications等期刊,论文被Nature Plants,Plant Cell,PNAS,Nature Communications等期刊多次引用。

二、研究方向
1.基因编辑禾草种质资源创新研究:利用CRISPR-Cas9/Cas12a等基因编辑技术进行禾本科饲草和草坪草种质创新,创制适应高寒干旱地区禾草优良新种质;
2.植物光呼吸支路分子改良:利用合成生物学和基因编辑技术创建C3植物底盘适配的新型高光效光呼吸功能模块,创制高产作物和饲草;
3.禾草-内生真菌共生及其信号转导研究:鉴定禾草-内生真菌互作的关键信号分子,解析禾草-内生真菌共生的信号转导机制;
