刘满强,山东烟台龙口人,伟德国际1946登陆萃英二级教授、国家人才计划入选者,博士生导师。

研究方向:土壤生态、土壤动物、土壤健康和草地生态系统一体化健康。
研究领域:主要进行全球变化下农田和自然生态系统的土壤动物多样性、食物网结构和生态系统功能的评价、机制和生态调控研究。包括:1)退化土壤的生态系统多种服务的生态恢复,重点关注跨尺度下土壤食物网性状和生物多样性与生态系统多功能性或土壤健康的关系,揭示生物自调节作用机制。2)土壤动物对植物健康的影响,结合地上和地下部的联系和反馈关系,揭示驱动土壤-植物-动物的一体化健康的生物机制。3)基于自然解决方案和功能性状途径发挥生态修复潜力,研发废弃物资源化及覆盖作物多样化配置技术以提升土壤生物多样性,发展气候变化智慧型的再生农业,贡献土壤健康和碳中和目标。迄今在Current Biology、Global Change Biology、Soil Biology & Biochemistry等主流刊物上发表论文150余篇、获得发明专利16 项。研究结果有助于认知土壤生态系统内复杂的生物多样性和生态功能,完善土壤生态学理论及提升生态管理水平。
学术兼职:国际土壤生态学会终身会员、中国土壤学会理事、中国土壤学会土壤生态专业委员会副主任、中国土壤学会土壤健康工作组委员、江苏省生态学会副理事长、江苏省土壤学会常务理事等;担任Applied Soil Ecology 和Geoderma副主编, Biology and Fertility of Soils, European Journal of Soil Biology, Rhizosphere, Soil Ecology Letters和Soil Advances等期刊编委。
