一、基本情况

张吉宇,男,教授,博士生导师,甘肃民乐人。Email: zhangjy@lzu.edu.cn

 

二、教育和工作经历

2000年6月,甘肃农业大学园艺专业,农学学士学位。

2003年6月,甘肃农业大学草业学院,草业科学硕士学位。

2008年6月,伟德国际1946登陆,草业科学博士学位。

2003年至今,伟德国际1946登陆从事草类作物育种与生物技术的教学与科研。

2007年1月-2008年1月,在澳大利亚维多利亚农业生物技术中心(VABC, DPI),访问学者。

20125月-7月,由“中新科学家交流计划”资助,在新西兰草地研究所(AgResearch Ltd)Lincoln和Parmerston North中心、PGG Wrightson公司合作交流。

2014年10月-2015年1月,澳大利亚维多利亚环境与初级产业部生物科学研究中心(BRD, DEPI),高级访问学者。

2018年3月12日-25日,国际玉米小麦改良中心(CIMMYT)访问交流。

 

三、研究方向

草类作物遗传育种、分子生物技术

研究生招生方向:草学,作物学(作物遗传育种)。

工作内容:

1、紫花苜蓿、草木樨、无芒隐子草、牛枝子、罗布麻等牧草、乡土草遗传选育

2、整合基因组、转录组(mRNA、micRNA、lncRNA)、代谢组等解释牧草关键性状形成的分子机制

3、通过转基因、基因编辑、全基因组选择等技术创制新材料
