一、个人简介

方香玲,教授、博士生导师,伟德国际1946登陆萃英学者,所在团队:草地保护研究所。

澳大利亚西澳大学哲学博士(2008-2012,植物病理学)和研究员(2013-2016)。西北农林科技大学工学学士(生物工程)和理学硕士(微生物学),本硕连读六年(2002-2008,国家生命科学与技术人才培养基地)。澳大利亚国立大学、荷兰阿姆斯特丹大学、瓦赫宁根大学、美国加州大学戴维斯分校、英国爱丁堡大学等访问交流(2010-2020)。

研究方向牧草病理学/草地微生物学,围绕我国西北地区栽培草地土传病害(苜蓿根腐病),开展病原真菌(镰刀菌和丝核菌)遗传进化和致病机理、苜蓿抗病机理和微生物组介导的生态调控机制的研究。

博/硕士招生:植物保护、草学、草地保护、草地微生物等;诚邀博士后开展合作研究。

发表论文及科研获奖1. 近5年,发表SCI论文15篇(第一及通讯9篇),中文论文10篇,授权国家专利5项。2. 2018年之前,发表SCI论文19篇(第一及通讯17篇)。平均IF=4.7 (>10的1篇;>5的8篇);累计引用936次(单篇125,WoS);1区5篇,2区5篇(中科院);1区13篇,2区5篇(JCR)。3. 科研获奖:西澳大学杰出博士论文(2013)、研究卓越奖(2015)、早期职业研究人员最佳论文奖(2014)、研究型国际交流奖金(2011)、研究生国际培训奖金(2010)等。

人才培养1. 讲授本科生课程《分子生物学》和研究生课程《草地农业生态系统中的真菌》;组织暑期国际课程《Frontiers in Fungal Pathogen-Plant Interaction》。2. 指导博士生3名,硕士生4名。3. 指导2018,2020和2021年秦惠君与李政道中国大学生见习进修基金;指导2018和2019年国家大学生创新创业训练计划项目。

学术服务1. 项目评审:国家自然科学基金委面上和地区项目网络评审人;新加坡科学技术部项目评审专家。2. 审稿:New Phytologist, PCE, JEB, BMC Microbiology, Plant Disease, Plant Pathology, EJPP和Crop Protection等SCI期刊审稿。3. 学会会员:中国草学会,中国植物病理学会, International Society for Plant Pathology, American Phytopathological Society, UK Society for Applied Microbiology等。

2010-2017年:

植物病理学/应用微生物学:(a) 以园艺作物草莓根腐病为研究对象,在病害成因、病菌侵染途径及致病机理、寄主抗性机理等方面取得了重要研究成果(国际上首次对Fusarium oxysporum和草莓的致病体系进行了研究)。(b) 以我国天然土壤中蕴藏的具有生防作用的新型微生物资源Xenorhabdus spp.为研究对象,对其生防作用、抑菌活性成分和发酵工艺进行了研究。
